Requirements:
Client provide actual CT scan data of aortic dissection. They want Aortic Dissection Simulator for vascular Dynamics research.
Solution:
l Take silicone of Shore 40A harness and 85% transparency as raw material; wall thickness 2mm.
l The model includes left&right carotids, left&right subclavian, aorta, left&right renal artery, mesenteric artery, celiac trunk and left&right iliac.
l The highlight of this model is aortic dissection. We made three tears in inner layer of aorta.
l The simulator is fixed in acrylic box for anatomically right position.
